PARTIAL SHIPMENTS: We make every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. If, for any reason, we can’t ship one or more items due to backorder, we will ship the parts that are available and credit your account accordingly. If a small item (e.g. lights, grilles etc.) from a large order (e.g.  orders with bumpers) cannot be shipped, credit may only be for the part without an adjustment in shipping. This is because shipping charges is based on the dimensions of the shipping container encasement.

CANCELING ORDERS: You may only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not already shipped by calling 734.947.1992. We will make every effort to cancel your order prior to shipment. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the return process and will be subject to a 20% restocking the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and painting charges are not refundable..
Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will cause a two-way shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.

RECEIVING INCORRECT PARTS: Although we do everything we can to get the right part to you, peculiar mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick it up and replace it. Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong part by calling 734.947.1992 for customer service. A replacement will only ship when we have confirmed the wrong item been delivered by receiving the part it self. Replacements can only be shipped the same way it was sent on the original order.

REFUNDS, for the cost of the part only, will be issued to the original purchaser. The original sales invoice must accompany any refund or exchange. Our liability under NO circumstances will exceed the amount of the original sale invoice. The refund does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation or color, alteration and/or modification. • The refund does not cover any freight charges, cost of parts removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages. You will need to obtain an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization Number) prior to return. NO return will be accepted without an RGA number. (Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.)

RETURNING A PART: Unless otherwise stated, you may return a part for a refund within 5 days of receiving it subject to a 20% restocking fee (based on the cost of the part). FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Return procedure:
• Call customers service at 734.947.1992 and get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. (Without an RGA number, our receiving department may refuse your return.)
• Write the RGA number on the outside of the box and return it freights prepaid to the address on your invoice.
• Refunds will be processed and issued when we receive the part/s back.
• No credits can be issued for damaged items or goods not belonging to Bumpers.Com.
